This index consists of a complete listing of every loco that has appeared in the whole series of EL Handbooks since the publication of 1EL in 1969. This is available in the form of Adobe Acrobat (PDF) files on a CD disk.

This disk also contains PDF scans of all the IRS amendment "Bulletins" for the whole EL series up to the end of 2009.

For IRS members ONLY this Index is also available as a printed book of 306 A4 pages, spiral bound with a soft cover, at the same price as the CD version. This printed version contains only the index, NOT the extra "Bulletin" scans.

As mentioned above at present the printed version is only available to IRS members, but if any are left over after members have had reasonable time to purchase theirs, then non-members will be given the opportunity to purchase a copy, probably in the Spring.

The price of the Index is:
IRS members: CD or printed version - £15.00 + £2.25 p&p (UK)
Non members: CD only - £18.00 + £2.25 p&p (UK)

IRS members may also purchase both the printed book and the CD version together for a combined price of £18.00 + £2.25 p&p (UK).

If any member has already purchased the printed book and also wants the CD version, then this can be supplied at an extra cost of £3.00 from the address below - if exercising this option please mention that you have already purchased the book and the date of that purchase.
Members who have already purchased both book and CD can get a refund of the difference in price by sending an email to our treasurer.
