This new CD contains a complete set of the first 400 issues of the IRS newsletter - the "Bulletin" - in the form of scans in PDF format. At first the IRS "Bulletin" contained both news reports, as well as amendments and corrections to the current range of IRS "Handbooks". But later it was split into the bi-monthly "Main Bulletin" and special "Amendment Bulletins" published as they were available. These were all numbered in the same series, and this CD contains both types up to No.400.
 
Note: this CD contains some of the amendment Bulletins to the early "EL Books" (1 - 6EL), which also appear in the CD 005 (see below).

This is the latest version of the index, consisting of a complete listing of every loco that has appeared in the whole series of EL Handbooks since the publication of 1EL in 1969, and has now been extended to include entries in the latest 16EL book. Also included are copies of all EL "Amendment Bulletins" up to the last one for 15EL - No.898 (1/2012). This is available in the form of Adobe Acrobat (PDF) files on a CD disk.

Please note that unlike the previous version, this latest up-date will NOT be available as a printed version, but ONLY as the CD-Rom.

A couple of the Printed Versions of the 1 to 15EL Index are still available at a cost of £15.00. If the new CD 005 is purchased with the printed version, then the CD is available for £3.00 - £18.00 total cost + p&p.
